Noreen N. Ncube

Ms. Ncube is passionate about immigration rights, being an immigrant herself. She was a student representative in the Valparaiso University Law School Immigration Clinic during the 2015–2016 academic year. As a legal representative, she represented a long-term U.S. resident who had been in deportation proceedings for seven years and helped a Salvadoran youth obtain Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.

She handles immigration matters involving family-based visas, removal proceedings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, asylum, adjustment of status, and naturalization. She also advises and assists individuals in obtaining permanent residence (green cards) and U.S. citizenship. Since 2016, she has prepared family-based applications and helped unite family members. She also helps clients overcome grounds of ineligibility or other obstacles to a visa, green card, or citizenship—including waivers for some types of criminal or immigration history.

Ms. Ncube has experience working as a Case Process Analyst for a federal independent contractor in the Foreign Labor Certification Program, where she processed labor certifications for temporary worker (H-2B) visas. She has also served as an Attorney Advisor at the Office of Hearing Operations (Social Security Administration), analyzing and formulating comprehensive recommended decisions in claims filed under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act.
