Mayombo A. Mbanza is the founder and managing attorney of MBANZA LAW, PLLC. His practice is focused primarily on personal injury law, representing individuals and families injured as a result of automobile accidents, trucking accidents, dog bites, unsafe property conditions, and wrongful death incidents. Attorney Mbanza is committed to helping injury victims recover compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages while holding negligent parties accountable. He is known for providing personalized attention, responsive communication, and aggressive advocacy both in and out of the courtroom.
In addition to personal injury matters, Attorney Mbanza represents clients in immigration, divorce, civil litigation, criminal defense, and traffic cases. He has successfully assisted individuals and families before USCIS, Immigration Courts, state courts, and federal courts.
Prior to founding MBANZA LAW, PLLC, Attorney Mbanza worked in privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance, advising organizations on legal and regulatory matters. This experience provides him with a unique perspective when handling complex legal issues.

EXPERIENCE
Mayombo is the founder and managing attorney of Mbanza Law, PLLC. He has successfully advocated, represented, and prevailed in asylum representations for clients fleeing persecution. He has argued in an academic capacity before federal immigration judges in the Seventh Circuit Court, Illinois. Many clients and families are immensely thankful for Mayombo’s involvement and successful handling of their immigration cases, including but not limited to the U.S. Citizen Petition for Alien Relative.
Mayombo also handles commercial litigation, personal injury, family law, criminal, and traffic law matters. Mayombo also provides consulting services in areas of privacy, risk, and compliance. He has worked with multimillion-dollar corporations, where he assessed business policies, procedures, and operations to ensure compliance with privacy and security laws and state and federal regulations.
